Robert J. Sarlls
Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sarlls joined the Company in May 2022. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sarlls was employed by Wyandot, Inc., where he served as President & CEO for the preceding six years. In that time, he helped transform Wyandot from a regional contract manufacturer to a nationally recognized, B Corp certified market leader of plant-based, better for you snack foods. He is a recognized industry leader, recently serving as Chairman of SNAC International, the leading trade association for the global snack industry.Prior to his employment with Wyandot, Inc., Mr. Sarlls previously spent almost half a decade with John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. (NASDAQ:JBSS), one of the largest nut processors in the world with over $800 million in sales. Prior to JBSS he was a senior advisor to domestic and international food and beverage businesses with several firms, most notably Rabobank, one of the largest financial institutions dedicated to the global food, beverages, and agribusiness space. He currently serves on the Board of Mennel Milling Company. He is a graduate of Harvard College.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Arroyo has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy and operations within the food industry, including banking practices and financial transactions. Mr. Arroyo began his career with IHOP (now Dine Brands Global, Inc. (NYSE:DIN)), where he spent 17 years leading a team directing SEC and financial reporting, risk management and internal controls. Subsequently, he served as CFO for several privately held and private equity-backed dining and restaurant firms, most notably Blaze Pizza which expanded from ten to 225 stores in less than four years, Mastro's Restaurants, Inc., and Due North Holdings. He comes to RMCF from Nevoa, Inc., where he was instrumental in raising capital and implementing new technology and systems. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in accounting from California State University, Northridge.
Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Mr. Ouellet is an accomplished Supply Chain Leader with a strategic business mindset offering over two-plus decades of transformational experience of linking supply chain performance to organizational success through margin expansion, leadership and vision primarily in the confection and snack spaces. This includes more than twelve years as a member of the senior leadership team at The Hershey Company. Most recently Ouellet held the role of Vice President, Supply Chain Operations for Amplify Snack Brands, a subsidiary of The Hershey Company. Throughout his career at Hershey he held numerous senior level roles including Director, US Customer Supply Chain and Director, Supply Chain Operations Hershey Canada
Before officially joining as Sr. Vice President Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Mr. Ouellet worked alongside the RMCF executive team as Senior Supply Chain Advisor and was engaged directly with commercial business partners focusing on network strategy and optimization and supply chain-related strategies including procurement, manufacturing, quality and regulatory and logistics.
Donna L. Coupe
Vice President - Franchise Support and Training
Ms. Coupe became Vice President of Franchise Support and Training in June 2008. From 1992-1997 she managed franchised stores in Northern California for absentee owners. Since joining the company in October 1997, she has served in various positions including Field Consultant, Regional Manager and Director of Franchise Support.
Ryan R. McGrath
Vice President - Information Technology
Mr. McGrath became Vice President of Information Technology (IT) in 2017. Since joining the company in 2009, he has served in various positions including Systems Analyst and Director of IT. Prior to joining the company he held various operating and information technology roles, including work for Sports Express, a travel logistics company, where he focused on software, database and application development.
Vice President - Sales and Marketing
Mr. Ford joins the Company from Snack it Forward™, where he led PeaTos® through its plant-based transition and brand refresh. His experience reflects over two decades of brand development, marketing and sales experience working with emerging brands The Snack Brigade™, Duke's Smoked Meats®, Monster Energy®, and with confection brands as a broker for Lily's Sweets®, Justin's®, Surf Sweets®, and Chocolove®.
