Interim Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Geygan has served as a member of the Board since August 2021 and as Chair of the Board from June 2022 to May 2024. Mr Geygan has served as a director of Climb Global Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLMB) since February 2018, and as Chair of the Board since May 2018. Mr. Geygan has served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Global Value Investment Corp., and investment research and advisory services firm, since its founding in 2007. Mr. Geygan previously served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at UBS Financial Services and as a Senior Portfolio Manager of Salomon Smith Barney, Inc. Mr. Geygan has taught undergraduate and graduate-level courses at IE University in Madrid, Spain, the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee Lubar School of Business, and the College of Charleston. He serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Wisconsin – Madison Department of Economics. Mr. Geygan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Ryan McGrath

Mr. McGrath joined the Company in October 2009 and has served in various positions including Systems Analyst and Director of IT. Prior to joining the company he held various operating and information technology roles, including work for Sports Express, a travel logistics company, where he focused on software, database and application development. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Kara Conklin

Vice President – Franchise Development

Ms. Conklin joined the Company in November 2023 from Focus Brands, LLC®, where she covered West Coast franchise development for such brands as Auntie Anne’s®, Cinnabon®, McAlister’s Deli®, Moe’s Southwest Grill®, and Schlotzksy’s®. Ms. Conklin began her franchising career at Subway® and succeeded in roles of increasing responsibility with Quiznos®, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, and Jamba®, among others. She holds an AS in Culinary Arts and BS in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Donna Coupe

Vice President – Franchise Support and Training

Ms. Coupe joined the Company in October 1997 and was appointed as Vice President of Franchise Support and Training in June 2008. During her time with the Company, she has served in various positions including Field Consultant, Regional Manager and Director of Franchise Support. Prior to Rocky Mountain Chocolate, from 1992-1997 she managed franchised stores in Northern California for absentee owners.

Andy Black

Vice President of Supply Chain

Mr. Black joined the Company in July 2000 and has served in numerous positions.  He started his career with the company as Production Analyst, Process Development Manager & Scheduler where he streamlined scheduling and production processes, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity. He honed his leadership skills as Logistics Manager, Director of Operation and most recently as Director of Warehouse and Distribution where he led cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and cost-effective solutions.  He holds a BA in Finance from the Katz School of Business at Fort Lewis College.

Kelsea Schmidt (Ferrato)

Vice President of Marketing

Ms. Schmidt joined the Company in February 2010 and has served in various positions including Brand Manager, Sr. Merchandising Manager, and Director of Marketing. Ms. Schmidt has served as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of La Plata County serving southwest Colorado since 2020 and previously as Chairwoman of the Colorado Area Council for Boys and Girls Clubs of America. In 2023, Ms. Schmidt was named to the National Confectioners Association’s Class of Future Leaders. She holds a MS degree in Business Management and Marketing, specializing in Leadership, from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Tyson Snider

Vice President of Manufacturing

Mr. Snider joined the company in 2023 and has responsibility for manufacturing, sanitation, continuous improvement, maintenance and plant safety functions. Most recently serving as Business Director for contract manufacturer Wyandot Snacks, he brings strong expertise in manufacturing, finance and technology, critical factors necessary to oversee operations efficiency. In both the food and industrial sectors, Snider has led manufacturing best-practices that ensure that quality production and commercialization are engineered into all finished products. His record of consistent and efficient production delivery, and high standards of regulatory safety and compliance, will substantiate the trajectory and goals of the company tremendously. Mr. Snider holds a bachelors of science in business administration with a major in accounting from Ohio Northern University, and an Executive MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
