Interim Chief Executive Officer and Director

Ms. Johnson joined the Company’s board of directors in March 2023. Ms. Johnson brings more than thirty years of success in consumer-facing retail businesses, including extensive experience in the franchise restaurant and hospitality business sectors. Outside of the Company, Ms. Johnson is the President of SBJ Advisory Group, a hospitality and entertainment industry consultancy firm, that she founded in 2012. Prior to founding SBJ Advisory, she held pivotal roles including President/COO at Dave & Busters Entertainment (NASDAQ: PLAY) from 2007 to 2010, and Executive VP/Chief Strategic Officer at Brinker International (NYSE: EAT) from 2001 to 2004. Ms. Johnson's boardroom governance experience includes over a decade of service across public and high-growth companies like Chuy’s Holdings (NASDAQ: CHUY), SusieCakes Bakeries, ARKO Corp (NASDAQ: ARKO), and Jack’s Family Restaurants. She is also currently serving a term as the Chairman of the Virginia Tech Foundation and has been a long-time member of the VTF Investment Committee. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Allen Arroyo

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Arroyo joined the Company in August 2022. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy and operations within the food industry, including banking practices and financial transactions. Mr. Arroyo began his career with IHOP (now Dine Brands Global, Inc. (NYSE:DIN)), where he spent 17 years leading a team directing SEC and financial reporting, risk management and internal controls. Subsequently, he served as CFO for several privately held and private equity-backed dining and restaurant firms, most notably Blaze Pizza which expanded from ten to 225 stores in less than four years, Mastro's Restaurants, Inc., and Due North Holdings. He comes to RMCF from Nevoa, Inc., where he was instrumental in raising capital and implementing new technology and systems. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in accounting from California State University, Northridge.

Scott Ouellet

Scott Ouellet

Senior Vice President – Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Mr. Ouellet joined the Company as an advisor in October 2022. He is a seasoned Supply Chain executive with over two decades of transformational experience of linking supply chain performance to organizational success through margin expansion, leadership and vision primarily in the confection and snack spaces. This includes more than twelve years as a member of the senior leadership team at The Hershey Company. Most recently Ouellet held the role of Vice President, Supply Chain Operations for Amplify Snack Brands, a subsidiary of The Hershey Company. Throughout his career at Hershey he held numerous senior level roles including Director, US Customer Supply Chain and Director, Supply Chain Operations Hershey Canada. He holds a BBA from Laurentian University.

Kara Conklin

Vice President – Franchise Development

Ms. Conklin joined the Company in November 2023 from Focus Brands, LLC®, where she covered West Coast franchise development for such brands as Auntie Anne’s®, Cinnabon®, McAlister’s Deli®, Moe’s Southwest Grill®, and Schlotzksy’s®. Ms. Conklin began her franchising career at Subway® and succeeded in roles of increasing responsibility with Quiznos®, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, and Jamba®, among others. She holds an AS in Culinary Arts and BS in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Ryan McGrath

Ryan McGrath

Vice President – Information Technology

Mr. McGrath joined the Company in October 2009 and has served in various positions including Systems Analyst and Director of IT. Prior to joining the company he held various operating and information technology roles, including work for Sports Express, a travel logistics company, where he focused on software, database and application development. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Donna Coupe

Donna Coupe

Vice President – Franchise Support and Training

Ms. Coupe joined the Company in October 1997 and was appointed as Vice President of Franchise Support and Training in June 2008. During her time with the Company, she has served in various positions including Field Consultant, Regional Manager and Director of Franchise Support. Prior to Rocky Mountain Chocolate, from 1992-1997 she managed franchised stores in Northern California for absentee owners.
