
Jeff Geygan
Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Geygan has served as the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. interim Chief Executive Officer since May 2024. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in August 2021 and subsequently voted as Board Chair in June 2022. Previously, Mr. Geygan served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Global Value Investment Corp. (GVIC) an investment research and advisory services firm, from August 2007 through May 2024. He continues to serve as Board Chair and its founding member. Prior to founding GVIC, Mr. Geygan served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at UBS Financial Services and Portfolio Manager at Salomon Smith Barney, Inc. Mr. Geygan served as a director of the Climb Global Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLMB) from February 2018 through February 2025, and as Board Chair since May 2018. Mr. Geygan has taught undergraduate and graduate-level courses at IE University in Madrid, Spain, the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee Lubar School of Business, and the College of Charleston. He serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Wisconsin – Madison Department of Economics. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Carrie Cass
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Cass joined the Company in August 2024. Previously, she served as CEO of a multimedia agency where she oversaw all aspects of the business’s goals, growth, and profitability. Prior to that, Ms. Cass was the CFO of an aerospace research and development company after leaving public accounting. She earned her BS in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Northridge and is a certified public accountant.
Luis Burgos
Vice President, Operations
Mr. Burgos joined the company in 2025 with more than 29 years of experience leading large-scale manufacturing and distribution operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Operations at U.S. Cotton, where he oversaw all aspects of global operations and led initiatives to expand capacity, improve efficiency, and deploy Lean and Six Sigma practices across multiple facilities. Mr. Burgos holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from ITESM and an MBA in International Business from the Latin American University (UIA).
Lizzy Mae Kerr
VP Franchise Business Support
Ms. Kerr joined the company in 2024 with responsibility for field operations, process improvement, and multi-unit team leadership. Most recently serving as District Manager for specialty retailer West Marine, she brings strong expertise in operational optimization, talent development, and franchise integration. Throughout her career, Ms. Kerr has led large-scale initiatives that drive operational excellence, improve financial outcomes, and build high-performing teams across both retail and service-based sectors. Ms. Kerr holds a BA in History from San Jose State University.
Jeremy Garcia
VP Marketing
Mr. Garcia joined the company in 2024, bringing over 13 years of marketing leadership experience across e-commerce, CPG, and strategic growth initiatives. Most recently serving as Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, he has deep expertise in brand development, multi-channel marketing, and cross-functional team leadership. Throughout his career, Mr. Garcia has successfully spearheaded high-impact marketing campaigns and led product launches across diverse industries. Mr. Garcia holds certifications in Business Finance, Financial Accounting, and Data Management & Analytics.
